Aqeel Museum
The Governor of Al-Ghat, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Sudairi (Abu Faisal), visited the Al-Oqilat Museum with representatives of the governorate and the Emirate of Al-Qassim. They were welcomed by the museum’s owner and Al-Oqilat researcher, Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi. The visit included a discussion of Al-Oqilat stories and history.

His Royal Highness Prince Saad bin Fahd bin Saad bin Saud bin Abdulaziz visited Aqeel Council in Buraidah on Friday evening, 2/3. He was hosted by Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi, supervisor of the Al-Oqilat website and museum.

Sheikh Saud bin Faisal Al-Sabah of Kuwait visited Aqeel Council accompanied by Fahd bin Hazza bin Ayish Aba Al-Rous Al-Anazi and Mishaal Al-Mutawtah Al-Anazi.
Aqeel Council received Sheikh Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al-Khudairi, a judge of the Court of Appeal in Riyadh and formerly a judge of the Madinah Court; Sheikh Manzil bin Muqbil Al-Nusair Al-Ruwaili; Sheikh Zayed Al-Shabib Al-Shammari of Al-Jouf; Sheikh Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaian, Dean of the College of Dawah and Fundamentals of Religion at the Islamic University of Madinah; and Younis Al-Tuwaian.
Aqeel Council received Sami Al-Osaimi Al-Otaibi, Assistant Director of Student Activities at the Taif Education Department; Mohammed Al-Salamah, Head of Social Activities at the Al-Qassim Education Department; and Mohammed Al-Dubayan.

A delegation from Al-Qassim Health Affairs, headed by Dr. Salah Al-Kharraz, Director General of Health Affairs in the region, visited Aqeel Council and Museum as guests of Al-Oqilat researcher Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi. They viewed the photographic exhibition and heard accounts of the past and of notable Al-Oqilat men. Dr. Salah expressed his admiration and pleasure at visiting this historic majlis, saying: “Young people should visit majlises like this to learn the ways and values of accomplished men.”

The Al-Shaiban family visits Aqeel Council
Members of the Saudi Air Ambulance Committee visited Aqeel Council and Museum south of Buraidah as guests of Al-Oqilat researcher Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi. He explained how the Al-Oqilat traded across the Arab world and endured hardship in pursuit of lawful earnings. As King Abdullah said, “The Al-Oqilat were the finest ambassadors for their homeland.” The visitors viewed the photographic exhibition, documents, and historic artifacts and expressed admiration for the care devoted to them. The guests were Captain Fawaz Nazzal Al-Shammari, Director of Security and Safety at the Saudi Air Ambulance and Director of its committee; Engineer Walid Al-Sha‘sha‘; Dr. Abdullah Al-Qarni; and Abdulaziz Al-Shibrami.
