The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques visits Al-Qassim Region, where a group of Al-Oqilat descendants performed before the King in 1427 AH.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz visits the Al-Oqilat Descendants Camp at Qassim University in 1426 AH.

Visit of Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, visits the Al-Oqilat Descendants Camp. His Royal Highness played a major role in supporting the revival of heritage—especially Al-Oqilat heritage—in 1427 AH.

The First Saudi Photographic Exhibition on the Al-Oqilat

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, opened the first Saudi photographic exhibition on the Al-Oqilat at King Khalid Cultural Center in Buraidah, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Mishaal, Deputy Governor of Al-Qassim Region. The exhibition supervisor and guide, Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi, appears at right.

Launch of the Al-Oqilat Website

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal, Deputy Governor of Al-Qassim Region, launched the Al-Oqilat website in the presence of its founder and supervisor, Abdullatif bin Saleh Al-Wuhaibi. His Royal Highness encouraged the revival of heritage, 1428 AH.

Meeting with Prince Sultan bin Mohammed

The generous and humble Prince Sultan bin Mohammed, with site supervisor Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi beside him. His Highness noted the Al-Oqilat’s rich history of noble character and historic deeds, and encouraged efforts to revive their heritage.

Qassim University President Al-Hamoud and the university’s college deans visit the Al-Oqilat Descendants Camp in 1426 AH.

Academic and Documentation Visits

Academic and military guests from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, specializing in counterterrorism, visit the first Saudi photographic exhibition on the Al-Oqilat hosted by Qassim University. Exhibition supervisor Abdullatif Al-Wuhaibi welcomed them and explained the exhibition’s contents and the lives of the Al-Oqilat.
